The traditional structure of an organization is based on division of labor so that a corporation faces various problems in competition. The idea of Process Management is came into being. Process Management must come down to organizational transformation. And this transformation is different from traditional form. This transformation is the one the process plays a leading role and the functions as a supporting one. How is the transformation put in practice? What are the steps? How to design the structure? How does the organization harmonize? And how is the performance evaluating system established? Started with these questions the organizational transformation based on Process Management is studied in this paper.The research tasks are embodied as follow, contrasting process-based and functional organization, combined with common principles of organizational transformation brings forward principles based on Process Management. Designs procedure of organizational transformation based on Process Management. Design idiographic project of organizational transformation based on Process Management. Core process optimizing, the way of team constructing, functional departments constructing, harmony of organization, and the performance evaluation of core process team. Based on these theories bring forward in this paper, four representative enterprises are analyzed to validate the feasibility of these theories.Conclusion indicates, the organization is an open system, with the process as its focus, the organization structure, which is more elasticized, and flattened, is open to the customers. It doesn't consider only the process as the leading role in enterprise organization transformation, but also take the supporting role of functions into consideration of an organization structure. It will improve the performance of the process.
