The subject of this thesis is about the constitution of state-owned firms' motivation mechanism by means of human resources management theories. It can be divided into case and case analysis two sections.In the case part, It begin with reflecting the actuality that some of state-owned firms in China lack of efficient motivation by introducing the current background, organization configuration, business development and personal administration of WENDY CONLIN (GUANGZHOU) CORPORATION. The key problem that some Chinese state-owned firms need to be re-constructed was put forward in the end the case part.In the case analysis part, it analyze the current situation of motivation mechanism in WENDY CONLIN (GUANGZHOU) CORPORATION and its remain problems by using motivation theory. And then, it tries to explain how to build a new motivation system in the company including accessory condition, material and moral motivation. In the end of this thesis, it proved that the motivation system is workable through the aspects of economical target and job satisfaction.
