Study On Technological Cumulation Of Enterprise

The enterprise technological accumulation is the key factor to realize the technological innovation and form the core competence of corporation. Thus, in this paper, the enterprise technological accumulation which was regarded as an independent system has been deeply studied using the theory of economics, technological innovation and knowledge management, and the way of combining theory with practice . In chapter 2, the ciuthor explained the concept of the technological accumulation, the character, the ultimate aim, the effective ways and demand of intellectual capital .In chapter 3, the efficiency of the technological accumulation has been discussed through the motive mechanism of accumulation , technological growth cycle, different technology demand and different enterprise demand. The thesis has given a process that technological accumulation affect economic development .The author advised the enterprise to combine the financial effect with strategy effect in technological accumulation. In chapter 5, the thesis analyzed the significance of forming and promoting core competence. The author put forward two standpoints that the ultimate aim of technological accumulation is to make a super-profit; the way of acquiring long-term super-profit is to shape the core competence, the standpoints were verified by follow reasons . One is that the technological accumulation offers the most important factor, core technique, of forming the core competence, the other is technological accumulation provide the knowledge flow of integrating advanced technique. When the author emphasized the significance of forming core competence,avoiding the negative influence of technological accumulation---theappearance of technological accumulation trap, including the rigidity of core competence and desalination of the core competence, has been discussed . At last, the paper have provided two examples of the enterprise technique development to test and verify the former standpoints.
