Analysis On Core Competence Of Corporation And Study On Achievement Of It

The theory of the core competence of the corporation was developed from the theory of competition stratagem, it is a concept of competition dominance based on resources. Nowadays, many multinationals have adequately realized the importance of it. They have adjusted their own stratagem to the core competence of the corporation and expected the corporations can develop sostenuto and steadily on the basis of the core competence . However, there is a large gap between the corporations of our country and foreign countries. Now with the rapid development of global economy and our country's joining into the WTO successfully, domestic corporations have to consider these questions: how to establish their own competition dominance in the market economy, how to make corporations develop sostenuto and steadily. So these corporations have to realize the importance of the core competence.Based on the reasons above, this thesis has studied and analysed the theory of the core competence of the corporation, made a demonstration analysis on how domestic corporations achieve the core competence , given a fuzzy integrated appraisement model, and raised some suggestions on how domestic corporations achieve core competence based on the actuality of domestic core competence of the corporation and the factors that influence core competence of the corporation.
