Research And Design Of Integrated Information Management System For Yunlong District

With the development of intelligent city theory and the continuous progress of government information management under the background of’urbanization,more and more researchers pay attention to government information management.With the rapid development of Two-oriented society,the research of government information management system based on the development of two-oriented city is of great significance.At present,most of the research on government information system is mainly devoted to the integration and sharing of government information system of independent government modules,which has achieved positive results in some areas.However,there are still problems of"separate government,block segmentation,chimney-lined,information island".The construction process of government information management system lacks consideration of resource integration and sharing,so the system has limitations and does not match the requirements of urban Two-oriented development.In view of the shortcomings of the existing government information management system research,this research takes Yunlong Demonstration Area as the research object,through the analysis of the demand of Yunlong two-oriented government information system,constructs a comprehensive information management system of resource-saving and environment-friendly government which adapts to the new requirements of urbanization development and combines with the local actual situation.Based on the theory of smart city and the requirements of Two-oriented government,from the following aspects:The framework of two-oriented government information system is established,and the integrated information management system of Two-type new district is constructed.This paper takes Yunlong Demonstration Zone in Zhuzhou,Hunan Province as the research object.Firstly,the theory of two-oriented society and government information management is studied.Then,the demand of two-oriented government data and system is analyzed,and a government integrated information management system with functions of front-end data acquisition,access,data management and sharing and exchange is established.This system takes Yunlong New Zone as the research object.In order to achieve the goal of collecting,managing and sharing resource-saving and environment-friendly information.,we use the concept of software engineering to analyze the requirements of the system,design the system and so on,and finally realize the required functions of the system.The system includes data acquisition,data processing,query data,data management,statistical data,authority supervision,data sharing and other functions.To establish a comprehensive information management system of the two-type new district government with rich content,timely updating and centralized management,and to establish a shared resource database and resource management platform for the two-type society,to support scalable and configurable subject database.
