Researching And Establishing Evaluation System Of Commercial Enterprise Business Process

Business process re-engineering is extensively used when enterprise reconstruct or reform itself. How to evaluate old and new process has been being paid close attention to by management circle. Owing to complexity of various corporation's business process and excessive related factors, many problems remain unsolved and there is few achievements published.On the basis of investigation on business process of great commercial enterprise at home and abroad, this paper analyses key factors which influence business process mainly, and brings forward a new viewpoint aiming at thought of supply chain process re-engineering, that is ,supplier management and evaluation, and establishes business process of commercial enterprise evaluation system and the evaluation indexes framework, and constructs evaluation models based on detail analysis of the fundamental performance indexes, and at last discusses evaluation standard and comprehensive evaluation method. The main works and conclusions in this paper are as follows:â‘ Between business process of commercial enterprise and suppliers' production and service, there is a relationship which is supplement and rely on each other. From the point of process management, this paper decomposes the whole commercial business process, and evaluates every supplier through several fundamental factors, and then constructs successfully evaluation system.â‘¡This paper summarizes characteristic and basic components of commercial enterprise business process through analyzing core business process of Chongqing commercial association group. On this basis the paper confirms elements of commercial enterprise business process evaluation system, and establishes its framework, and at last designs its request and target principle.â‘¢This paper confirms key evaluation indexes of commercial enterprise business process according to investigation, and constructs every index's evaluation model. The whole index system includes basic indexes and comprehensive indexes. Basic indexes are fix quantify indexes (cost, time, and information sharing, which is brought forward by the first time) which could be accumulated. Comprehensive indexes are determined nature indexes (service quality, client satisfaction) which could keep the score by comparing with evaluation standard and according to their evaluation dimensionalityand standard. At last, it creates a method to evaluate all indexes comprehensively.â‘£It describes concept, significance, and establishing method of commercial enterprise business process evaluation standard, and introduces benchmark, which is very popular at the present time.
