Current business environment enterprises faced with changes radically, enterprises are forced to reform management method and technique, reengineer business process and apply management information system by the drastic competition, which aims to win the market competition.Information technology and information system are essential tools to realize BPR. A strongly circular relation exists between the capacity of information system and BPR. With the growing capacity of information system, business process changes. The change in return requires the reconfiguration of information system to take advantage of or support it.Enterprise modeling is the foundation of BPR and information system reconfiguration. It defines enterprise's business process exactly in the way computer can understand and deal with, which is used to business process analysis and optimization. In the stage of information system implementation, corresponding information system is designed according to enterprise models, function components of information systems are configured and enterprise information system is built to quickly correspond to business process changes in competitive environment. In view of current condition of poor transition from enterprise models to information system, the research on enterprise modeling supporting BPR and information system reconfiguration is discussed in the paper. The paper rminly includes the following tips.In the first chapter, the research background and main research context is introduced. The significance, main innovations and structure of the paper are discussed all together. In the second chapter, current enterprise-modeling frameworks are studied. Some enterprise modeling methods in common use are discussed firstly. Secondly main business process modeling methods are respectively introduced. Based on the comparison and analysis of the above enterprise-modeling methods, enterprise modeling method supporting BPR and information system reconfiguration is introduced, which aims at the problem that enterprise models are difficult to be transformed to enterprise information system. In the third chapter, the character of mutual change and unification of BPR and information system reconfiguration is discussed. Based on the introduction of three methods of transition from enterprise model to enterprise information system, using the component integration technology method, enterprise modeling method based on model component supporting BPR and information system reconfiguration, is discussed. In the fourth chapter, enterprise business modeling based on model component and design and realization of corresponding enterprise information system are discussed. Enterprise business are descriped from business concept, business dynamic and business object.By analyzing business object model, the business component model is built based on UML, which is changedinto code by Rational Rose. Then the code is edited and compiled to be business component conformed with corresponding technical standard, which is assembled and deployed in the component execution environment. The prototype of the information system comes out.In the fifth chapter, simulation principal and realization is discussed to support BPR and information system reconfiguration. The simulation of enterprise business process model based on extend event-driven process chain is studied taking advantage of mechanism of discrete event timing advance. The simulation of enterprise model based on model component is also discussed. In the sixth chapter, the total research works of this dissertation are summarized, and further researches are prospected.
