Research And Application Of Enterprise Information Evaluation Method

Enterprise information evaluation is an important link in enterprise information construction. Research deeply on enterprise information evaluation method to evaluate enterprise information level objectively, is important for government to make economic development strategy and perfect information industry development policy, what's more it's also valuable for enterprise to improve information level and improve competition.To satisfy the requirement of enterprise for enterprise information evaluation, as a result of fieldwork and analysis of present status of enterprise information evaluation researches at home and abroad, a weight determination method which combines analytic hierarchy process method with the other two methods is presented based on the index system of enterprise information evaluation proposed by the project team. Also a synthetic evaluation method which combines fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with mathematical expectation method is presented in this paper.A computer aided evaluation system is designed and developed based on above research. The architecture of the system is established, the running mode of the system is studied and the function architecture and the information model of the system is designed. As a part of the project of Construction of Chongqing Enterprise Information Evaluation System which is imbursed by Chongqing Economic Committee, the evaluation method and system developed is applied to some enterprises in Chongqing. Satisfactory results have been obtained in the application.
