As a result of solving these PrOblemsoutsourcing aPpeared during the later period. So far information system outsourcinghas become a highligh of IT economy.Although Outsourcing is not an uP4o-date concept Information SystemOutsourcing comes into the world with the evoluton of system developmellt methodin recent years. And it has its own characteristic different from other kind ofresources outsourcing. Here an integratdecision-making process is built and will help firms to make correct decisions.In the last chaPtef, a case of China Intemational Airline is given and theaPplication of information syStem outsourcing decision-making is discussed.
