Informatization is a prerequisite for manufacturing enterprises to improve the economic performance and gain competitive advantages. The low rate of success is the mam problem in manufacturing enterprise informatization implementation, and a lot of manufacturing enterprises haven't got the expected result. So studies on the process management are important to insure the rationalization of manufacturing enterprise informatization implementation, to improve the efficiency and the rate of success. In this dissertation, theory and method of the process management of manufacturing enterprise informatization implementation are studied, and some key techniques are researched. With the aim to support the manufacturing enterprise mformatization implementation with theory , methodology, techniques and software tools, six chapters are included in this dissertation.In chapter 1, the focus will be on the analysis of the causes for the low rate of success in manufacturing enterprises informatization, review the history of development of Information System/Information Technique(IS/IT) and the state of arts of manufacturing enterprise informatization planning, implementation and evaluation, etcThen, the research objective and main content of this dissertation are proposedIn chapter 2, on the basis of an analysis of the definition, connation and characten sties of manufacturing enterprise informatization and implement process management, the essence of the process management of manufacturing enterprises informatization, that is , to make the contents and the process rationalized and to enhance the rate of success, are pointed out Then, the architecture of the process management of manufacturing enterprises informatization implementation is establishedIn chapter 3, in accordance with the Demonstration and Discussion Method(DDM). the process model of manufacturing enterprises informatization implementation is established The process model is enterprise oriented to the total process of manufacturing enterprises informanzation implementation The implementation steps and guidelines for two major phases in the process model are presented The two phases are manufacturing enterprise informatization planning and manufacturing enterprise informatization implementation.In chapter 4, some key techniques as follows are researched Firstly, a decision model for the selection and implementation order decision of information system (IS) applications in the manufacturing is presented. This model is based on the principle that the function of all the IS applications as an entity wall be greater than the sum of the individual functions, because there exists synergy among the applications. The mathematical model is constructed which considers both synergy and the resourcesconstraints.Secondly, the change management of manufacturing enterprise informatization implementation are studied. Due to inevitability of change resulting from ever-changing environment, A novel and powerful approach to information modeling which is based on Design Structure Matrix(DSM) is proposed, An Extended DSM is established through introducing the key external factor into the Design Structure Matrix (DSM). Based on the analysis of the relationship between the elements of the Extended DSM, the change degree of informatization implementation processes is proposed, and the algorithm of the change degree is developed.Finally, to identify the potential temporal conflict, an approach based on implementation process model is presented to construct temporal constraint networks. It is capable of handling both qualitative and quantitative temporal information in implementation processes. A consistency algorithm for temporal constraint networks is explored to detect process conflict.In chapter 5, a case is studied to exemplify these theories and methods.In chapter 6, systematical summary is given, and future work is put forward.manufacturing enterprise imformatization; process management; implement process model; enterprise information archite...
