This thesis analyzed the electronic commerce's main modes, and bring up that our country's service scope of electronic commerce now contain of the business enterprise to business enterprise (B2B), of the business enterprise to individual (B2C), of government organ to business enterprise (G to B). From the value chain point, for large tradition manufacturing business enterprise of our country, the B2B electronic commerce impact primarily the upper chain stage, namely between product manufactory and supplier contact. At the same time, the business enterprise which was placed in the core position encourages business partner to join, to use, to invest the electronic commerce strategy through designing valid encouraging mechanism, and together share (B to B) the expenses of the electronic commerce item with the risk.Based on foreign studies, I bring up to use trade amount transfer and recover strategy as the electronic commerce of the business enterprise of large manufacturing type to develop the encouraging strategy, not the price used as the main means to study the strategy which supplier used to take part in the electronic commerce. Meanwhile, because of the information extent of the our country business enterprise is obviously behind the developed country, author progresses with information technique progress rate and business enterprise network efficiency replace the net integration degree, set up performance model of the supplier business enterprise, and discuss the relation of time, information technique progress rate, network efficiency, trade transfer amount factors with business enterprise income.Meanwhile, considering of the trend of obvious " buyer advantage" in the real market, the market providing companies will incline mutually competing to gain the big buyer (with the buyer benefits), but is not make a point caring with the market efficiency and the profit of suppliers. For the traditional big-sized business enterprise of our country, manufactories are also the buyer and the marker-provider, the suppliers that are obvious in bad situation, should adopt the certain way to protect the benefits in the electronics trade. Theories background that thesis research the supplier coalitions is mechanism that come from classic "core game" theories. The thesis brings up a mechanism- auction mechanism with supplier, namely the supplier coalitions mechanism, brief name AMEC.We prove that the AMSC mechanism satisfy the personal reasonableness and incentive compatibility principle, and the mechanism urge the supplier with the true cost to take part in the auctions which satisfy the request of electronics trade system's market efficiency.Thesis finally concludes the influence about the electronic commerce to our country business enterprise management, the suggestions to Chinese business enterprise development the B2B.
