The study focused on the power distribution in the companies,and surrounding the effect factors of degree of power distribution discussed how they effected the power mode. From the study about the relationship among the degree of power distribution and its effect factors and performance in 1327 companies,we found the balance of centralization and decentralization,and offered an experience index to describe the power distribution. Considering these effect factors,we can guide companies to adjust organization structure and manage style.Main conclusions:1. Company size,maturation degree,employee quality,technique lever in the industry,top management team size,restriction in the industry and develop degree in the region are all important factors to effect power distribution.2. Company size is positive correlation with degree of power distribution,and employee quality,technique lever in the industry,top management team size,restriction in the industry and develop degree in the region are all prominent negative correlation with it.3. At present market environment in Chinese companies,degree of power distribution is negative correlation to performance. The companies which has decentralization trend can get high performance.4. The relation between the degree of power distribution and performance is a conic,and it lies a reasonable value to make performance highest. It will make against to get high performance that power is centralized or decentralized excessively.5. The relationship between degree of power distribution and performance will be effected by these different factors.
