A Research On Information Resource Strategies Of Modern Enterprises

With the coming of information society,social production develops at high velocity which doesn't exist in history. However,under the information society modern enterprises face great challenges. On the one side because of the principle of the increased marginal revenue on information resource,modern enterprises think that they must regard information resource as strategic resource and attach great importance to it. On the other side there is information overflowing and information production increases too fastly. A great deal of information can't be organized and controlled. So it isn't a kind of resource. In addition,information quality declines day and day and it is outdated,false and useless. Information is contaminated greatly. Under the condition,the paper presents that we must manage information resource of the enterprises from the strategies and deal with the threats and challenges from the environment. So modern enterprises can develop stably and constantly.On the basis of researching into a lot of articles home and abroad,the paper presents the connotation of enterprises strategies on information resource and classified them dynamically. At the same time the paper builds three models of enterprises strategies on information resource. After analyzing the external information environment and internal organizations of modern enterprises,the paper layouts strategic goals and states making,remarking,selecting,carrying and controlling strategies. At last according to a firm example,the paper shows the value of theoretical research and practical application.Moreover,I states some ideas on this paper as follows. Firstly,the article emphasizes information value and shows that information technology,information system and information producer are necessary means of exploring and using information. Secondly,it classifies enterprises strategies on information resource dynamically and practically. Lastly,it emphasizes carrying out the strategies from management function. Facing this information society,I wish that this research could contribute to the development of our enterprises.
