| This thesis is applied basic study of organization model of modern shipbuilding enterprise.For shipbuilding enterprises, the advanced organization model is practices, rather than theory. You will found the power of organization model, when the performance improved with the help of the organization, or when a new customer come with it, or when new records are created in the course of the enterprises operating.Management is flexible, so the organization should not stay in theory. However, the organization model without the base of modern management theory is nothing. Without the ground of theory or modern information means, enterprises will be powerless when facing kinds of market risk which be hard to learned ahead.As traditional manufacturer, shipbuilding enterprises generally adopt the linear-functional organization model. Traditionally, for the shipbuilding enterprises, so-called management just means to new management rules, or the adding of special functional departments or employees, the management of these enterprises is arbitrary and monotone. With the date come near when China join in WTO, market competition is becoming more fierce, and the uncertainty of environment which enterprises stay in tend to enlarge, and the customer demands is tend to customize.Most of enterprises in the traditional model start to powerless, and lag behind in the market competition. In this time, the importance of organization model show. It become enterprises' hardest problem that, how to build the flexible organization model to face fast-changing environment. I think, these enterprises should be in means of western modern management theory and modern IT, and theory should be with help of route of ship-building enterprise development in home. Through these ways, enterprises can build the special organization, to improve the total operation performance of enterprises and to promote enterprises' development.Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is effective way to redesign completely enterprises, and to improve greatly performance. BPR is a strategic reengineering project for the system of enterprises. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), means to the fully rationing and balancing of all kinds of resource of enterprise, including human resource, capital resource, material resource, information resource, time resource and means. ERP can provide the systematic information means, to build highly effective supply chain, and to improve productivity, and to lower costs, and to improve customer service level, etc. Meanwhile, ERP is a improve enterprises' market competitiveness. The essenceof modern shipbuilding model is building flexible stream-line with Similar Principle. It is the only route to change economic increase mode of shipbuilding enterprises in home, and to improve enterprises'capacity of competition.In this thesis, study of process-oriented shipbuilding organization model is the key line. And, this thesis' expatiation and proving come from three levels. The first level is aggregating the advantages of three kinds of theories of widely adopted BPR, ERP and shipbuilding of model, and the risk in the course of implementing. It note that the necessity of aggregation of the three. The second level try to show the process-oriented shipbuilding organization model, and to analyse the condition and the necessity of the appearing of this kind of organization model. Take Wuchang Shipyard as example, the third level try to analyse the operation of the process-oriented shipbuilding organization model, and to note that new model is operational at last. Process-oriented shipbuilding model is developed on the ground of BPR, ERP and modern shipbuilding model. It aggregates the advantages of the three, and it enable the competition to face customer and promote the high development of intensivism of enterprises. However, it have not applied by ship-building enterprise in home.
