Enterprise Information's Investment Strategy And Measurement Study

Enterprise information is the important strategic decision to implement sustainable development and improve market competitiveness in face of external environment variation and enterprise development requirements. Enterprise' s information construction is the main means used by enterprise to improve internal management, optimize operation flow, reduce cost and increase value. In the face of information era, information competence will become one of the important competences to acquire competitive advantage. It will also become the important strategic-basic investment for the enterprises. How to understand it characteristic and correctly investment-decision orientation is one of the important step for the enterprises to set up the enterprise strategic decision.Enterprise information is also a systemic project and critical investment-decision procedure of one enterprise. Input/output and value measurement of enterprise information is an investment evaluation session that one enterprise manager has to pay great attention to. In this paper, on basis of the related theories of information economy evaluation and enterprise operation value measurement, the author analyzed the input/output elements of enterprise information and proposed one input/output elements model of enterprise information and one value measurement system of enterprise information which based on analysis and measurement of financing, internal affairs procedure, study and growth aspects, which may assist enterprise managers to correctly understand and evaluate the investment value of information.This paper focused on the necessity of enterprise information investment, the major characteristic and value measurement. Through the procedure of the LEGEND put in practice enterprise information construction and development successly and their actual effect, show the drive of enterprise in consulting and operating the information investment strategy and the tremendous effectiveness and competitive advantages presenting to the enterprise.The meaning of this paper is: correctly analysis and appropriately measure the characteristic and benefit of enterprise information investment on the basis of theory, and provide the thought way and choice for many more enterprises in the process of setting up the information investment strategy, input/output and operation procedure.
