Model Structure On Party And Government Organizations Of Ideological Education

During China's social Transformation, not only the social structure but also people's way of behavior, way of life and sense of value has changed deeply. In party and government organizations, on the one hand these changes make the vast majority of office workers play the exemplary role in every respect; on the other hand, the minority of them are indifferent to their theory and their belief has been shaken. Some ever commit crimes. The office workers are in the forefront of market economy development, their ideological awareness has a direct bearing on the country, so it's very important to find a way to strengthen and improve the ideological education of party and government organizations. Reaping the fruit of predecessors' research, this thesis defines the object of the ideological education of party and government organizations; does on the features of ideological education in different period and analyze people's new ideological features. Based on the ordinary model of ideological education, this thesis attempts to construct the model of the ideological education of party and government organizations, points out that the key of that construction is to combine education with management.
