Research On Secrecy Propaganda And Education Model Of Daqing Party And Government Organs

Secrecy of party and government organizations, which is related to national security and interests as well as the overall situation of reform, development and stability, constitutes an important guarantee for defending state unity and ethic harmony and an important means for making sure smooth proceeding of socialist economic construction and promoting technological development. Because of that, Chinese communist party and the country have attached great importance to secrecy. Propaganda and education of secrecy is an important part of secrecy as well as an important component of secrecy of party and government organizations in Daqing city. Sticking to propaganda and education of secrecy in Daqing city is the basic safeguard for implementing various working policies, laws and regulations of the country, enhancing supervision and management and driving various causes to proceed steadily and orderly. Therefore, great attention should be paid to the work.As an important foundation for secrecy,propaganda and education of secrecy is the groundwork for increasing consciousness of secrecy, learning confidential skills, improving confidential quality and enhancing ability construction. Finally,this paper has studied the establishment of secrecy propaganda and education model in party and government organizations in Daqing city from three aspects and come up with safeguard measures for implementing this model.
