Research On Ideological Education Of Party Members Of The Subdistrict Office In The New Era

Ideological education of party members has been a core component of the party building since the early days of the party building.On the way to realize the great Chinese dream,doing a good job of ideological education within the Party is an important prerequisite for building moderately prosperous society,handling the contradictions among the people andbuilding urban grass-roots unitscorrectly.Taking Marxist theory and relevant discussions on ideological education of party members since the party building as the guide for action,it provides profound theoretical basis and empirical support for improving the ruling level of party members.Therefore,it is a new requirement and task for the Communist Party of China in the new era to strengthen the ideals and beliefs of party members and cadres in subdistrict offices and to temper themselves into a team of high-quality grassroots party members who are loyal,clean and responsible.To carry ideological education of party members insubdistrict offices,we must closely focus on the overall requirements of party building to lead the grassroots.Through strengthening ideological education and study,grassroots party members’ ideals and beliefs,purpose consciousness and party spirit cultivation are internalized into value pursuit and externalized into practical actions.First of all,according to the "four stresses and four haves",we should improve the political theory literacy of grassroots party members,pay attention to the unity of theory and practice,and enrich the innovation and effectiveness of ideological education content.Secondly,we should improve the ideological construction of grass-roots party organizations.Beingserious with the ideological education and study atmosphere within the party so that grass-roots party members and cadres can establish a correct outlook on world view and public service,and improve the party’s ability to work in the party.Finally,we should improve the management mechanism of ideological education of party members,keep the party members clearheaded at all times,and enhance the foresight and infectivity of ideological education of party members in the new era.Through targeted learning strategies,we can further improve the ideological awareness and comprehensive quality of party members at the grass-roots level,which is of significance to enhance the party’s governentability in urban modernization and improving the party members’ ideological awareness of serving the people.
