Staff members, as well as managements, are sensitive to ages. The key to successful sustainable development of an enterprise is to create a reasonable and effective wages motivation system, with fairness as its core. The unfairness of wages motivation has existed for a long time and thus lowers its motivation function. Wages are based on fairness and only when the employees believe that the wages system is fair can they be satisfied with it and the system can come to its expected motivation results.In this paper some basic theory and knowledge about the fairness of wages motivation are put forward first, and then the reasons and consequences of the unfair wages motivation system are analyzed. After the conditions and procedures were discussed, the viewpoints of reforming currently-existed wages motivation system are finally advanced.The structure of essay:Chapter 1: preface. Introducing the current fairness research on wages motivation system home and abroad, and the background and content of the essay.Chapter 2: Outlining the concepts, theory basics, features and their relationship with some other related factors. Mainly analyzing the category of the fairness of wages system.Chapter 3: Clarifying the reasons and consequences of the unfair wages motivation system.Chapter 4: Chiefly analyzing the presuppositions of fair wages motivation system in the enterprises. That is the creation of a scientifically effective examining system.Chapter 5: Mainly explaining how to create a fair wages motivation system inside and outside an enterprise and personally as well from the job assessment, wages investigation and selection of ways of paying wages, thus setting up a fair system of wages motivation.Chapter 6: Putting forward some proposals about how to perfect the wages motivation system in our country according to the reality.
