Research About Bidding Evaluation For Equipments

Bidding evaluation is the necessary process to decide the winner and is the key step to ensure the success of bidding. This paper analyses and researches the qualification, the preparation of bidding documents, the selection of bidding evaluation elements and the decision of weight and the quantification of factors.This paper discusses the models and methods of qualification of equipment bidding and provides the elements, standard and grades of evaluation. This paper discusses how to prepare the bidding documents. Based on the investigation and research, author analyses and classifies the elements related to the bidding and establishes the complete and comprehensive bidding system. In the aspect of weight , this paper introduces DARE and AHP methods and determinates the weight factors rationally.
