| This thesis analyzed the new developing tendency of China's Power Industry since the reform and opening-up, and illustrated the function of equipment bidding management in power construction in the view of power project constructor. Further more, it also looked into the future of power equipment market's operating situation and developing trend after China's accession to WTO. The thesis put great emphasis on analyzing the methods and strategies of power construction equipment bidding under the new situation. It pointed out that under the current situation of China's equipment market, only those bidding methods that are adaptable to both power system characteristics and current market economy condition can truly satisfied the requirement of power project construction.
