Bidding Reserarch Of Zhuzhou No.4 Water Plant's Purification Engineering

Bidding is a trade mode in building market. The background of this thesis is that our country is in the course of changing the economic form and has entered the WTO recently. Aiming at the actuality of Chinese building engineering bidding and the problem faced in the practice, I study the purification engineering bidding of Zhuzhou No.4 Water Plant. On the basis of my study, I offer proposals for how to standardize and improve the current bidding work of China, how to keep up with the international tradition and how to build bidding system of open, equity and fair competition.The thesis mainly deals with the following items:1. Building the indexes system of evaluating the bidding.2. Through fuzzy evaluation method, building the synthetic evaluation model of bidding of multi targets and make the bidding decision.3. Discussing the logical scope of quoting at the bidding, regulating the prices of evaluating biddings which have different time and different request of advance payment by way of economy analysis and comparing.4. Bring forward the measures about identifying the behaviors of bidding up and guarding against uniting the bid.The viewpoints of the thesis are as following:The bidding mode adopted widely in Chinese building engineering bidding currently, which quote with ration and the one which is closest to the base number score highest, is going against the resources'optimal collocation and development of social science and technology. By contraries, in international, the bidding mode of quote with the list of engineering's quantity is adopted usually. Because this mode open the quantity, make fair competition and rationalize lower bid price which will win bid, it can promote the ordinal competition in building market and the healthy development of construction industry. Consequently, it will be the development direction of Chinese bidding mode with the continuously perfect of market economy. The application of this bidding mode needs the kit of guarantee system such as engineering guarantee and market condition such as marketing the cost of engineering. So China should take and make measures kit sound, learn the advanced theories and scientific management ways in international engineering building theory, study deeply and solve the realistic problems.
