A Study On The Exploitation Along Yangtze River And Industry Development Of Zhenjiang City

This paper takes Zhenjiang City as an example, starts with the industrial structure upgrading and spatial layout theory, uses the experience of the development of the big rivers and lakes at home and abroad, studies the industry choice , optimizing and adjusting of its layout during the course of its exploitation along Yangtze , in order to put forward some use for reference and scientific guidance for Zhenjiang's fast development.Economic increase is the pillar of the construction of the city, and industry development is the carrier of the economic advance. With the opportunity of the exploitation along Yangtze River, Zhenjiang forms the "Exploitation along River & Industry Development" interaction mode. Based on Yangtze River, led by the exploitation along river, with a core of the industry upgrading, taking the enterprises cluster as the pivot, driven by the industry layout coupling, it shapes the dynamic ., bi-directional matching and creative interaction mode, in order to adapt the industry structure and quicken the development of the city.At first, according to the status quo of Zhenjiang, this paper analyzes its predominance and bottleneck during the course of its development along Yangtze. Based on the study, by the combining of scalar computing and qualitative analysis, it selects the leading industries and the potential ones. Meanwhile in a basis of the mechanism of the successive rising of the industry, it suggests to cultivate the impellent enterprises to create the localizing effect of the predominant industry, and supports the scientific foundation of the industry rational transition and continuous increasing.Secondly, in the basis of the selection of the industry, this paper forecasts the direction of spatial extension based on the remote sensing images in different years at night. In accordance with the request of the exploitation along Yangtze in Zhenjiang,it brings forward to the " " developing axis in the whole city and "one city, one line, two wings with two points" one in downtown, furthermore, it analyzes the adjustment of the spatial distribution.Thirdly, during the course of the development in Zhenjiang, in the span of its development along Yangtze, territorial change after Dantu County became one of the suburbs of Zhenjiang, which provides the conditions for the conformity of the resource, increase the integrated competition with the main developing process along Yangtze.Lastly, according to the actual situation in Zhenjiang, the author pays more attention to the people's need falling together with the driving and advancing function of "Exploitation along River & Industry Development", with a purpose of the step development and "double-hundred"-city-scale, puts forward the measures and suggestions upheld by the "double parataxis industry" stratagems to reach the sustainable development of Zhenjiang.
