A Study Of Enterprise Technological Innovation Management System Based On Project Management

The rapid development of modern science and technology not only makes the operation environment of enterprises become more and more complicated and inconstant, but also offers the technological means to cope with such changes, which brings the deep transformation of enterprise management. This kind of impact has two remarkable characteristics, one is that the management of technological innovation is being paid more and more attention in the practice and theorical study of enterprise management, the other one is that advanced management theory based on modern information technology is constantly emerging. The modern integrated management theory just incarnates this kind of reform.Integration is the central idea of system theory. With the formation of the system pattern of study on technological innovation since the eighties of the twentieth century, the attention is paid to the cooperation effect of both interior and exterior factors in technological innovation system. Management system is the central part of technological innovation system. Most of recent research on enterprise technological innovation system only focuses on interior and exterior factors of the system. As to the system operation mechanism, especially the mechanism under the integrated management environment, most research needs to be advanced, which is indispensable to the practice of enterprise management. As we all known, the research in theories is aimed at instructing the practice.Under the guidance of theories of system and modern project management, considering the characteristics of project and non-linear process, firstly, this thesis uses the system analysis method of "structure- function-operation" instead of "structure-function", sets up the model of enterprise technological innovation management system based on project management. Secondly, through the analysis of modern information technology and the information needed in the system operation, it provides the framework of information system of the enterprise technological innovation managent system. Thirdly, after analyzing the means in which the project management system integrated into other system, it regards the Work Package as the integration unit, and discusses the key problems in system constructing. Finally, using two firms as prototype, it makes the simple example analysis and demonstrates its views and conclusions.
