Development Of Project Management And Technological Innovation

The thesis discusses the development of project management in china and foreign countries in three stages. Regarding management of the ancient project under the guidance of the system thought in embryonic state as the first stage. System engineering under system thought is the second stage which explains the predecessor of project management developed abroad and introduced,developed,strengthened in our country. We have the appearance of project management as the third stage, absorbing the achievements of other disciplines to form its own knowledge and certification system constantly. Under the new situation of appearance of business environment in 1980 s,we probed into the transformation of project management in theory and application.Meanwhile,we also make some significant inquires on the problem of present design, the backward design management, the way to implement project management to design process, and the necessity and solution to improve design management.
