| This article focuses on the property right institution renovation of Our State-Owned Enterprises. Firstly this article explains the literal and internal meanings of property right and institution, and based on this it interprets the internal logic and path determining of institution renovation. Then from this point of view the author dissertates the internal meaning of property right institution and its main renovation way. This part mainly uses the property right and institution theory of new institutional economy. After this, the author explains what the enterprise is and studies the selecting logic of its property right institution. Based on the former theories, this article studies the property right institution renovation history of our State-Owned Enterprises in the course of State-Owned Enterprises reforming, and points out some problems existed in it. What's more this thesis applies modern property right theory and enterprises theory to analyzing the main existing problems of our State-Owned Enterprises one by one. Through analysis the author points out that the real and severest problem of State-Owned Enterprises is the distortion of their property right institution arrangement. We may also say, the problem is the microcosmic property right tortuosity caused by the macro "unreal existing" or phantom of their owner. To illuminate the problem more exactly and more quantificationally, this thesis designs an enterprises property right institution collocation model. Using this model, this thesis illuminates the logical and efficient state of property right institution collocation, and its important meaning. It points out the objection existing in the State-Owned Enterprises property rights institution arrangement. This thesis also shows the problem in the course of State-Owned Enterprises property right institution renovation through the changing of variables in the model. At last this thesis suggests that the next reform of our State-Owned Enterprises should emphases on the property right institution renovation. The author takes this viewpoint that the former reforming on the property right institution renovation is incomplete and irrational. Aims at this status, the author proposes several suggestions and countermeasures. |
