With the change of market environment and the development of technology, the theory of company strategy is developing gradually under a lot of strategists' studying. Meanwhile every theory has its" own special foundations of theory, background and studying view so that they have the different forming process of company strategies. Thus, they also have their own limits in the practice. Moreover, the strategists of china ignored the particularities of Chinese enterprises and only made use of foreign theories to explain their developing situation. In the aspect of studying their experience of success and failure from the view of development strategy, they only played the limit role. Based on studying strategy theory and my experience, company coordination development strategy theory is provided by myself.The article can be divided into five chapters. In the first chapter, according to the developing stage, company strategy can be divided into three parts, firstly, classic strategy theory based on analyzing environment, secondly ,competitive strategy based on analyzing the structure of industries and, thirdly, core competitive capability basedon resource and knowledge. Moreover, from different views--strategyenvironment, strategy mind, the process of forming strategy and the root of strategic advantage, analyze them and point out their own virtue and deficit.In the second chapter , the mind of studying company coordination development strategy theory is provided. To some degree, it is based on core competitive capability. Meanwhile, the innovations of company coordination development strategy are put forward. The following are: firstly, based on the analysis of traditional theories, through concluding the idea of how to select strategic direction and adapting to the view of strategic resource , the model of strategic value is constructed. Thus, the selection of strategic direction is based on the resourceenterprise possessed. Secondly, the enterprise resource is divided into two parts--strategic resource and subordinate resource, under the direct of company vision, how to construct the system of strategic resource is the key to strategy implementation, thus, it resolves the problems that the theory of core competitive capability can not be used in the large scope. Thirdly, emphasize the coordination relation in the process of forming strategy. Moreover, analyze the means of coordination according to the theory of system, dialectics and the dimension of time which provide the philosophical foundation. In the last, I put forward the foundation of practice and theory. The foundation of practice came from many cases of success and failure which includ Chinese and foreign enterprises. The foundation of theory came from two parts: the first is philosophy. The second is traditional strategy theory.In the third chapter, center on the analysis of strategy factors and the construction of strategy model. The strategy factors includ company vision, resource, environment, organization, tactics and value. Then, analyze the mind of constructing strategy model and its means. Strategy model embodies main idea of coordination development strategy and provide the tool of analyzing strategy. It is very important in the article.In the fourth chapter, analyze five important coordination relations in the process of forming strategy. They are the coordination relations between the process of forming strategy and company vision, the process of forming strategy and the structure of organization, the pace of enterprise development and the system of resource, tactics themselves, the chaos and order of organization. All of them are connected with the process of forming strategy . To some degree, this is a new view of analyzing and studying company strategy.In the fifth chapter, two aspects are paid more attention to, the first is the logic of analyzing the process of forming strategy.
