The consulting industry is a rising industry and a knowledge-concentrated one in china. To a certain extent the level of consulting industry development reflects the country's economy. Recently the GDP's increasing ratio of Chongqing is higher than the average of china, the consulting industry in Chongqing is developing rapidly too. With the market competition intensified and MBA education coming forth, the consulting industry not only gets more and more attention, but also faces the competitive challenge market. In Chongqing area the local consulting industry was built newly, have little experience. Some of which is in for exist stage, the others which passed the stage is facing how to become stronger. Because of the consulting industry develop rapidly, the industry face drastic competition. So how to manage and develop becomes the insistent problem, especially for TH the only built in two years one.The thesis studies the development and application of enterprise strategy and relative theories in china, and introduces the basic status of consulting industry, which include the developing history of consulting industry and the description of consulting enterprise, inter processes, outer environmental analysis, five forces model of competition, the trend of consulting industry. Then from macro-economy environment and market status in local area, the two aspects, analyses the outer environment of TH; from innovation, market, human resource, finance status angles, analyses the inter environment of TH. According to the TH strategy object and layout, analyses TH in detail, and put forward the TH strategy must be a different strategy and brand strategy, strategy alliance. Points out that the relevant implementation must implement from three levels: executive, process and function. By constructing the core competencies and the enterprise culture promote the TH to reach the strategic goal.
