The Research On Development Strategies Of Hunan Hongming Law Company

In recent years,lawyers as one of the important promoters of the accelerating process of the rule of law in China,their rights and social benefits have been promoted synchronously.As an important platform and carrier for lawyers to play their role,law firms are also facing good opportunities.However,due to the influence of their own and external environment,small and medium-sized law firms are also facing many challenges.Hunan Hongming Law Firm is facing the current complex environment,how to seize the opportunity,avoid risks,give full play to its advantages,and seek better and faster development has become an important issue to be solved urgently.Based on the relevant theories and research conclusions of enterprise strategy and development strategy,taking Hunan Hongming Law Firm as the carrier and combining the author's own experience,this paper adopts SWOT analysis,Porter's Five Forces Model and PEST analysis to summarize the strengths and weaknesses of Hongming Law Firm,as well as the opportunities and threats it faces.Finally,the author thinks that Hongming Law Firm should use product development strategy,horizontal integration strategy and diversified development strategy as its overall development strategy,and choose differentiated development strategy in business operation strategy in order to achieve development goals.Then,from the four aspects of brand,marketing,human resources and financial resources,it formulates specific functional strategies,and puts forward that in order to ensure the implementation of the strategic plan,Hongming Law Firm should also take safeguard measures from the aspects of system,resource supply and cultural construction.Finally,it is pointed out that Hongming Law Firm in the later period should evaluate the implementation effect of its business strategy in time,and make timely adjustments to its business strategy to meet the needs of market development.This paper puts forward reasonable development strategy,implementation strategy and safeguard measures for Hongming Lawyers.I hope this article can be helpful to Hongming Law Firm which is in the critical period of transformation and development,and promote its smooth completion of transformation and upgrading.At the same time,I hope it can play a certain reference value to other law firms in the industry at this stage.
