A Study On Employee Energy Of CIIC Guangzhou Company

This is a study on motivating employee energy according to the situations of CIIC Guangzhou Company. It tries to give a definition to employee energy and discuss all relevant factors that influence employee energy, and then provide some solutions and suggestions for CIIC Guangzhou Company.This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is introduction which covering definition of employee energy and influencing factors. The second part is presentation for CIIC background and management. The third part is analysis for the employee energy situation in CIIC. The forth part is to provide solution and suggestion for CIIC. The fifth part is summarizing for this thesis.This study is base on lots of actual data and information collected through two ways of questionnaire survey and investigation. It is expected to give some enlightenment and reference for the following study.
