A Research On Employee Satisfaction & Motivation Mechanism Based On Labor Outsourcing

Labour outsourcing has become an important strategy in forging the company's competency in the fierce market competition. Outsourcing employee satisfaction, in some sense, can be considered as an attitude index to show the problems existing in management. If we want to improve it, it is necessary to build a proper motivation mechanism.Firstly, this essay gave a recall of classical theory of outsoucing, employee satisfaction and motivation. Secondly, through the questionnaire, the labour emplyee satisfaction was studied and the detail results were as follows:1.The overall assessment of employee satisfaction was medium. The most satisfied element was 'recessive enviroment', while the most dissatisfied element -was 'development and promotion opportunity'.2.The job motives of outsourcing employees mainly included 'self-development' and 'economic reward'. The research tried to examine if the motives had some effects on employee satisfaction, but found their correlation should be denied at last.3.There were many variances among outsourcing employees, for example, different sex, age, education level, seniority and servant character.4. The outsoucing employees had high intention to alternate to another job. There was alittle relation between satisfaction and this intention .In the other hand, we got a result that there was difference between high quit-job intention employees and low ones.In accordance with the research results, the psychological characterise which may influence the outsourcing employee satisfaction was found. Then, some management problems in motivation machanism were analyzed. Based on such discoveries, the paper present a few constructive suggestions.
