At the end of the twentieth century, a kind of healthy, continuous and fast new economic situation started from USA came into being in each of the country , and it made a breakthrough towards traditional politics, economy and culture. Therefore, it attracted a lot of people's attention. Many learners tried to make a research to its nature in the different angles of subjects. And they tried to observe some related subjects hi the view of new economy features. Facing with the changing marketing competitive situation, corporate Public Relations based on the marketing economy must improve its strategies. However, there is fewer systematic study on such a topic. This article tries to deal with corporate Public Relations on the angle of new economy and to provide some development strategies related to corporate Public Relations in three parts.In part one, it mainly deals with the backgrounds of studies on new economy and corporate Public Relations. Based on such statement, it shows the problem of development strategies of corporate Public Relations under the situation of new economy.In part two, it mainly deals with the relationships between new economy and corporate Public Relations. It makes a conclusion about some features of new economy to meet the need of corporate Public Relations development from the beginning of giving a meaning of new economy. Meanwhile, it deeps the discussion on their relationship under the situation of their combination in this changing time.In part three, it mainly offers some new corporate Public Relations development strategies under the situation of new economy based on statement mentioned above, including internet PR strategy, inner public management strategy, external communication strategy and internationalized and domestic strategy.
