Research About The Development Strategy Of Regional Economy

Regional economics is an application economics that studies the theories and methods of regional economic development, it is a new developing discipline that appeared in the fifties of the 20th century. "Region" in regional economics is" economic geography region" which has some certain economic characteristics and development tasks, it refers to the comprehensive region, and reflects the characteristics of region, comprehension and relatively integrality. This kind of region is an economic organism with special function, structure and type. This article, regarding land economy in the county as the research object, adopting the methods of theory analysis and real example analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, micro-analysis and macroscopic analysis, uses the regional economic theories to carry on more comprehensive, objective exposition to the current development situation, development level, characteristics and existing problems of the county land economy of our country. While studying the regional economy, this article analyses the basic conception, basic characteristics, basic theories and development trend of the regional economy especially. While studying the county land economy of our country, this text uses the comparative analytic approach and analytic approach of cause and effect to draw questions and reasons existing in the county land economic development of the central and west regions of our country which show concretely as follows: The economic development level lags behind, the industrial structure melts elementarily, the level of consumption is on the low side, the urbanization level is not high, overall technology is poor, the market development degree is low, the traffic infrastructure is bad, the culture and education hygiene industry lags behind, the social overall development degree is bad ,etc. The article also puts forward a series of countermeasures and strategic measures of developing county land economy of our country: Quicken the development of agriculture of the land economy in the county, improve the primary condition of agricultural production in a more cost-effective manner; Accelerate the industrialized process of the landeconomy in the county, implement the strategy of industrialization of county that is rich of resource, the industrialized development strategy that sloping to key industry, the strategy of developing Hi-Tech industry, the strategy of advancing the industrialized basic accumulation of county land ,etc; Accelerate the urbanization process of the land economy in the county; Improve the development environment of the land economy in the county in a more cost-effective manner; Bring about an coordinated development in population and economic society etc.. On this basis, the article uses the analytic approach of the real example to propose the economy social development strategy of Kaiyang county.The full text is divided into four chapters: Chapter one is the regional economy outline which analyses the development courses and the current situations of the regional economy and puts forward the regional industrial arrangement theory, the regional industrial gather theory, the regional industrial organization theory and the regional economy development model theory. This chapter also explains the purpose and meaning of studying regional economy. Chapter two and Chapter three is a core of this text. These two chapters study the evolution, level, characteristics, existing problems and reasons of the county land economy of our country, give some principles, policies, countermeasures and measures of developing county land economy, etc.. Chapter four makes use of the research results of regional economy and land economy of the county to analyze the problems existing in the economic evolution of Kaiyang county, and puts forward some relevant policy recommendations.
