| The study collected all the information about the competence of excellent judges in the basic people’s court through the ways of interviewing,looking up records of outstanding judges and doing the semi-open questionnaires to form its item.It developed its questionnaires by adopting results of twice pre-tests.After constantly revision and new form test,we obtained the item and the data of the competence of excellent judges in the basic people’s court.Finally concluded the primary model through the multivariate statistical analysis method,the exploratory factor analysis.Then we tested the model and analyzed it’s reliability and validity through the multivariate statistical analysis method.This study also described and evaluated the grades of the competence of judges in the basic people’s court,quantified its competency scores by behavioral interviewing,and further improved the application value of the model.This study explored the competency of judges at the basic people’s court,and studied the relationship among job satisfaction,turnover intention,job burnout,and self-efficacy.We concluded the study as follow:(1)The model of competence of judges in the basic people’s court is composed of five key factors:judge’s ethics and values,work ability,self-control and perseverance,interpersonal and communication skills,responsibility and discipline.(2)The competence of judges in the basic people’s court has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction,and has no significant negative impact on turnover intentions,and has a significant positive impact on self-eficacy.(3)The sense of self-efficacy of judges in the basic people’s court have no regulating effect between their competency and intention to leave,and has a partial mediator role between their competence and job satisfaction;the job burnout of judges in the basic people’ s court is of regulating effect between their competence and turnover intention.And it has no regulating effect between competency and job satisfaction.Besides,the research found that the legal belief is the implicit competence of judges in the basic people’s court. |
