Beginning in2008, China will be about five years time singles100,000in Collegegraduates worked at the grassroots level. Such a large student population came to the ruralareas," rural development " an important force, which is exciting and elated, because theyare the majority of rural social and economic development, dissemination of cutting-edgeculture and thought, and rural grassroots leadership structure optimization can providepositive energy.This is because the Student Village on how well qualified for the work atthe grassroots and hard work achievements recognized by the masses, not only related tothe image and reputation of the university student groups in the eyes of the masses at thegrassroots level, is also related to the long-term national selection of college graduates tothe grassroots level office development of a strategic necessity.But only the universitystudent village official at the grassroots scale advantage is not enough to really let ruralaccelerated development, more important is to constantly improve the work efficiency ofcollege students village official positions at the grassroots level in rural areas need todevelop, the different areas of work out of work, and whether this and college studentshave a good sense of close work efficiency. The university student village official jobself-efficacy self-efficacy, which is embodied in specific work in the field, is the individualfor the evaluation of degree of confidence in themselves whether to complete the task ofdifferent kinds of work capacity or the technology of or belief.However, research related to work performance in China are mainly concentrated inthe field of education of teachers and students, the public areas of the national civil serviceand management in the field of enterprise managers and other groups, and the workefficiency of the student village officials are rarely studied. In view of this, this researchattempts to build a sense of "attributes"--individual study efficiency model of collegestudents village official work, work efficiency and the existing measuring scale based onthe newly developed and was compiled. With high reliability and validity in collegestudents sense of scale, in order to probe into the university student village official in hisfield of work efficiency characteristics of sense.This paper combines the written questionnaire and network measurement andquestionnaire investigation, the issuance of a written questionnaire and network measuringa total of650questionnaires,556questionnaires were recovered, of which472validquestionnaires, the questionnaire for84.89%.By the descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis and correlation analysis of individual different statistical variables of effectivequestionnaire (i.e., gender, level of education, work experience and job) significantdifferences between college students job self-efficacy.The final part of this paper gives the relevant research conclusions:(1) self efficacy college-graduate village official working scale has good reliability andvalidity;(2) the effectiveness of college students in China are maintained a relatively high level;(3) the university student village official maintain relative stability and balance therelationship between the different dimensions of self-efficacy;(4) gender, level of education, work experience and job. There was a significant differencein individual attributes such as part of dimensions in the university student village officialworking efficiency.
