The Operating Environment's Changing Of Business In China After Entering WTO And The Countermeasures

The running environment of an enterprise is the term of an enterprise's existence and development. None enterprise doesn't run in social and economic environment unceasing change .The key to an enterprise to be successful or fail is whether the enterprise can adapt to continuously change of running environment or not.With fifteen years hard work, Our country had become the World Trade Organization(WTO)'s formal member, the most basic request of the World Trade Organization is:(l) according to the most-favored nation principle, difference (bias)treatment cannot make in the producers;(2) according to the citizen treatment item, difference( bias) treatment cannot make between domestic and abroad enterprise; (3) the majority untariff barrier should be gradually cancelled, tariff should be regarded as the main policy tool to develop trade; (4) increase the clarity of the policy provision, recheck the management decision impartially.To the broad masses of the enterprises, this means that the require of approaching the internationally economy being increasingly urgent, At the same time, the enterprises also face more rigorous challenge and unprecedented business opportunities, and this means that the enterprises will face totally different running environment, and the latent market space and running space will extend, and face the restrain of WTO which rule the multilateral economics and trade relationship, and face more vigorous competition and unacquaint competition tool and unacquaint competition means.So, The enterprise of our county should study the change of the running environment after our country entry into WTO, With the change of the running environment, The enterprise should grasp the beneficial opportunity for the development of the enterprises, and avert from the threat factor, change latent market space and running space into realistic opportunity, legally management under the multilateral trade rule of the WTO, avoid the international economical and trade sanctions, and picked up the rule weapon to protect own legal rights, and through compete tool and compete means to adapt more violent competition, to choose tactics and strategies of running. The variety of the running environment is both a theories problem, and a practical problem. The chapter 1 of this article has researched the theory of the running environment of the enterprise from the macro view and micro view.
