Presently China needs a peaceful and stable international environment,for its foremost mission is the development of economy. Expressions such as "Lips and teeth being interdependent, if the lips are gone,the teeth will be exposed to the cold" are often used by Chinese scholars to describe the special relations between China and korean peninsula.With the changes and developments of international structure,new charactercstics are arising from the special relations between Korean peninsula and China In the 21st century, and thus, China will view and act on that conducive to its own developments.Three parts included:1.
