In order to do well in ideology political education of the unemployed city females ,We not only strengthen the propaganda of public opinion to set up correct the weaker sense, selective job sense and female sense but also reinforce the construction of officals moral to obtain the unemployed city females' trust .Meanwhile ,the practical trains fitting for the unemployed city females should be carried out to improve their level of competence.
