Because their husband is absent in family, on the one hand, they are undertaking the agricultural production and the heavy burden of family life ,on the other hand, they are the main force who should the heavy responsibility of the socialism new rural reconstruction of our country .However, their educational level low, heavy burden, simultaneously the traditional thought influence, causes them to lack the ideals and pursue, the sense of political participation lowly, mental stress, values distortion, which ideological problem seriously influenced them on undertaking the heavy responsibility of new rural reconstruction. How to change the ideological concept of the"left-behind females", develop the effective ideological and political works, guide them to realize the self-development, strengthen the confidence of the party from the thought, enhance the ideological and political consciousness, make them become the new peasant.
