This paper records the business operations of Xiamen Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd., analyzes the internal and external circumstances the company is currently facing, identifies the single largest constraint on the company's development, proposes a three-stage corporate strategic objective, corporate strategic positioning and the selection of the most cost-efficient basic competitive strategies, and puts forward major solutions and guarantee measures for the implementation of the strategies.This paper consists of four chapters, with each chapter containing the following contents:Chapter 1: This chapter provides a profile of Xiamen Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. and a brief account of the company's evolution, and points out that the lack of suitable corporate development strategies is the biggest constraint on the development of the company.Chapter 2: This chapter provides an analysis of the strategic environment of Xiamen Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. In terms of the overseas engineering machinery sector, the domestic economic situation and the demand for engineering machinery by related sectors, the domestic loader industry, and the impact of China's WTO membership on China's loader industry, the external environment of the company is analyzed by applying the PEST method; the internal environment of the company is also analyzed in terms of its output capacity, sales and marketing, financial status, economic benefits and human resources.Chapter 3: This chapter provides a SWOT analysis of Xiamen Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. The SWOT method is applied to analyze and assess thecompany's advantages in brand, technology, marketing and financing capabilities and its disadvantages such as the bottleneck of its output capacity as well as the opportunities and challenges the company is now facing.Chapter 4: This chapter provides a study of the development strategies of Xiamen Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. Based on the analysis contained in Chapters 2 and 3, this chapter proposes a three-stage strategic objective of developing the company into an internationalized engineering machinery enterprise with international competitiveness and strength, and the strategic positioning of the development strategies the company must adopt in the current stage. This chapter also provides strategic solutions and guarantee measures for the implementation of the strategies, such as streamlining the organizational structure, adjusting the production structure, consolidating the corporate value chain, optimizing the capital structure, and reshaping the corporate culture.
