The Research On The Third Party Logistics Car Sales System

This thesis uses the concept of 3PL management in the research of the sales logistics system of the motor company, which will increase the competence of enterprises. Along with the research about the network of automobile sales logistics, which can extend new management technology, eliminate choke point effect and reduce postpone. The academic dissertation is mainly in order to improve the logistics efficiency of Automobile Sales System, to study and analyze the whole courses from the factories to the retail companies. Using the operation research, 3PL theory, information technology and automobile logistics technology, by means of the mathematic models and combining with the facts of the domestic automobile companies, the author analyzes and designs the suitable third party logistics system for automobile sales. Based on the above objective, this thesis tries to find an all-in-one logistics about automobile sales logistics, which can accord with the situation of our country.First of all, this thesis analyzes the situation of China automobile logistics system, then this thesis investigates the main problems, including bad efficiency of logistics information, huge storage charge etc. Find out which need to be improved in automobile sales logistics at present time. It is important that what logistics management has been adopted and what factors would be think over can work out the problems about nowadays automobile sales logistics, that is the best customer service level and lowest cost of all.Secondly, according to the existent problems, the requirement of logistics system that would be improved is analyzed and the whole design target of logistics system is made clear. On the other hand, this research can supply service of IT system to advance the stakeout and control about the process that products are carry from manufactory to consumer. The paper analyses the problem of site selecting, and the design of logistics information system, using many managementstrategy like ABC storage and so on to solve the problems in nowadays car logistics system.At last, joint to advanced logistics technology, every subsystem like orders treatment, logistics information, inventory management, storage management, transportation management, 3PL supplier management and factors are researched in it.
