The Research On Resources-based Competitive Strategy Of Hongfu Company

We are in the age of the strategy competition now. The enterprises,academics circles in the world have paid close attention to the theories and methods of the strategy management since 1990s. The traditional strategic analysis method researched the function of environment,and considered the environment as the important premise to make strategy plan. The new resources-based strategy theory emphasized that resources and core-competence are two essential elements of competition advantages for an organization 0This thesis lays special stress on the development of strategy theory since 1990's-competence theory or resources-based theory. I have introduced the inter-action changeability between the strategy and resources,and the dynamic combination between them. Taking Guizhou Hongfu Industrial & Commercial Development Co Ltd. as the example and using Porter Model as the bases,I studied the competitive environment,resources bases and management features of Hongfu Company. In this thesis I proposed a resources-based developing strategy for the Company,and discussed how the Company's structure can utilize the competition advantages and adapt to the developing strategy.
