The thesis,from an views of strategic management,carries out analyses and research on Dongfeng Mortor Corporation(DFM) product development strategy after China's entrance to WTO and with the background of economy globalization. With theoretic bases of SWOT,SPACE analysis,Boston matrix analytic method,the paper analyzes and researches the exterior environment of DFM and its internal conditions and its products as well as the production layouts,putting forward suggestion on DFM's the products development strategy.The paper is divided into four parts. The first part looks back the development history of strategic management. Brief introduction is also made on the importance with the strategic management theories to guide enterprises development. In the second part,analyses are conducted on the development history,recalling the history of China auto industry,analyses the influence to China auto industry while China enter WTO,and make the predicate for the China's auto market trends. The third part makes analyses and researches on the situation faced by DFM on the exterior environment and the internal condition,its competitors and its allies,focuses on the problems may be exist in the fields of the product's structure and production layouts in the DFM,put forward suggestion for DFM's development chances and the challenge and the threats faced. In the fourth part,the writer gives the analyses all products DFM manufactured and aims the products development direction,raises the products DFM is going manufactured,finally puts forward suggestion on DFM's overall products development strategy.
