The Research On Strategy Of China's Foreign-capital Utilization

In the practice of 20-year reform and open of China,Our nation has actively adopted the world-wide effective way,foreign-capital utilizing,for the development of its economy and synthetic strenghth and got a great achievement. But in the meantime,We also face a series of problem. For these problems,we are busy with coping with them with lacking system research and analysis,especially in its strategy. These make us disadvantage when facing the accession of MNC. More importantly,our work for foreign-capital utilizing has gone into a new era with the accession of China into WTO. While we enjoy our right and chance,we also face the challenge and the obligation. So how to utilize the foreign-capital actively,reasonably,effectively and efficiently has been a realistic subject.Under this situation,the paper analyses the latest change and tendency of inner and exterior environment of foreign-capital utilizing of China,and put forward the new strategies facing 21st century.The paper adopts following research method as system method,comparison method,qualitative and quantitative method and theory-policy combined method and mainly involve the suitable scale strategy,cross-border merger and acquisition strategy,industry leading strategy and continent strategy.
