The World Trade Organization (WTO) is the unique international organization, which deals with the global trade rules among countries and areas. Its main function is to ensure the world trades in progress as stably, foreseeable, freely as possibly. After 15 years long process, China is accepted to become a member of WTO in the fourth minister meeting of WTO in Nov 2001.The entrance of WTO will bring great effect to our national economy. Our country must strictly follow WTO various principles and the rules that all countries reached when handing various economical businesses, enjoy the rights that we should have as well as perform the corresponding duty. Will the view of long-term, melting the multilateral trade system that regard rules as the basement, it is benefit to establish the Chinese Socialism economy and the foreign capital, enterprise and product entering the market of our country, almost all trades and professions suffer influence in different degree.As one of the pillar properties of our national economy, the real estate industry occupies very important specific in the national economy and social development. It is a basic production factor for the development of the national economy, and provides important material term for the development of the national economy. But the Chinese real estate market still exists long distances compared with the request of economy increasing and industrial structure grade promoting. Compared with the real est ate industry of advanced countries, our national real estate industry still has many insufficient places.The development of the real estate industry and the economy reports a high degree's direct ratio relation. So, the influence that our national real estate industry suffers from the international economy and district changing will become more and more obviously after the entrance of WTO. This paper analyzed the influence that the entrance of WTO would bring to our national real estate, including the opportunity in internationalization, management, market system and the market of the real estate industry and the challenge in idea, ownership of knowledge, the influence of international economy fluctuation, the partly development of the real estate industry, the existing environment for the real estate enterprise, etc.Based on analyzing the mentioned problems, this paper bring forward the countermeasures that our national real estate should adopt from different degrees such as the overall development, government in charge, real estate enterprise, the market system, finance system of the real estate industry. All of these will provide a beneficial operation method for our national real estate to seize the opportunity and to accept the challenge.Finally, the paper discussed concrete case-the development project of CBD of Wuhan, especially put great emphasis on the finance method of item. It also studied a series of countermeasures that the exploitation enterprise of great items should adopt after the entrance of WTO.
