Discussion Of TPL In Electronic Commerce

TPL(Third-part logistics) appears as a result of the division of labor in society and the development of the science and technology. In addition, the development of Electronic Commerce makes TPL the main form of Logistics step by step. In China, the sluggish development of TPL has become the key factor that impairs the raising of social productivity and the developing of the Electronic Commerce. The concept and theory of TPL began to spread to China in the mid-1990s, which then were taken seriously in the Chinese theory field. This research paper is guided by the circulation theory of Marxism, based on our national conditions and the Electronic Commerce development.
