The technologic alliance is one of the most effective modes to improve the corporation's technological innovation powder. It is very meaning that discussing the relation between the market structure, government policy and the co-innovation conduct of technology, evaluating the co-innovation conduct performance, discussing the co-innovation conduct of Chinese corporation, enriching and perfecting the research content of the technology alliance and the establishing the technology alliance and the government policy infection. The paper planed to discuss the technology alliance conduct from the point of view of the industrial economics. The paper discussed the technology alliance conduct characters on the base of SCP analytical method.The paper discussed the hereinafter content on the base of discussing and inheriting the research fruit of Chinese and foreign: (1) prescribing the concept of corporation, the base and premise hypothesis of cooperation of corporations, it ensured the research scope of paper; (2) discussing the relativity between the market structure and co-innovation conduct after inducting the SCP analytical method and hypothesis verification, discussing the government policy influence on the technology alliance conduct; (3) evaluating the performance of the technology alliance conduct using the theory of economics, game theory and welfare economics, establishing the index estimating system; (4) discussing the Chinese antibiotic market structure, government policy and how to establish the technology alliance, which alliance form will be fit to Zhongrun Corporation Group; at last, putting forward countermeasure and advice to the development of technology alliance aim to Zhongrun Group.
