With the support of special culture the advantages become the spotlight of the market and cannot be easily imitated and replaced by opponent. So in studying corporate culture, this thesis pay attention to the relation of corporate culture and core competence. Furthermore, we believe the culture should be innovated and become an important component of Corporate's core competence. Among the diversified innovation, the innovation of culture takes up the leading position. This is not just because corporate culture has been penetrating into every aspect of management, more important, it has become the new competence of Corporate, and the core of corporate competence. Culture competence is becoming more and more important in the market competition.Through the research on corporate culture and core competence, this article raises the idea that corporate culture is the core factor of corporate competence, and the source of corporate permanent competitive advantage.
