| Venture capital is the roll booster of hi-tech industry and it is the basis of knowledge economy. So in order to make their hi-tech industries develop more quickly and compete in hi-tech field successfully, every countries try their best to expand their venture capitals and accelerate their hi-tech industries.This article begins with definition of hi-tech, uses some principles of the investment economics and analyzes the games between venture capitalists and venture entrepreneur. Based on the experiences of the international venture capital, the article makes a specific analysis of the resource, going, exit and return of the venture capital. After finding the gap between the international venture capital and ours, the article gives some advice on how to develop our venture capital more quickly. |
