Chinese has history and culture of long standing. A great deal of cities holds extraordinary history and culture. Many cities obviously show variously different folklore sceneries of rich and colorful, which contain higher tourism value. It is the development thesaurus of the tourism industry city, as well as a magic weapon of cities canvassing international tourists. The run course of tourism activities is merchandising course of culture. The main mission of this article is the built of the marketing system info of urban folklore culture tourism, and the advance of its measures. Urban marketing theory mostly studies public productions' running problems. By way of new study point of view, this article explores a new approach to the planning and construction of urban folklore tourism. This article is under the fundamentals of sustainability development of tourism resources, human first, respecting marketing economy rules, one body of the exploitation of tourism and city constructions. This article discusses the marketing of folklore, and brings forward the marketing theory frame of the tourist, tourism productions and medium of urban folklore tourism. Aiming at types and marketing characteristics, this article bring forwards concepts of quality and quality, and their utility indexes. Under the guidance of urban marketing, this article educes the productions' marketing countermeasures of urban folklore tourism, expatiating from tow aspects of entity and void substance.
